A few weeks ago Beau took me to the Quilting Quarters in Prescott- they have the cutest material there and I was so excited to get some and do some sewing again!
So the last 2 days I have been busy making quillows for Mason and Emmaree. Hayden and Tanner both have ones that their Aunt Tiny made for them a few years ago and I wanted Mason and Emmaree to have one too!
Mason picked out his material-
with a little help from daddy!
The back of his quilt is a light blue,
but how cute are Emmaree's polka dots?!?!
I'm always nervous to stitch their names on
because there is no unpicking for mistakes,
but I think I am starting to get the hang of it!
I didn't want to do Emmaree's whole name because its sooo long, I
already did a blanket with her name on it and I wanted something a little different,
and since I had some practice with the curves on Mason's name...
I did her initial.

This was my first try at "embroidering." I did this when
I was pregnant with Emmaree, it was pretty easy because
there was only 1 curve- the R!
Mason was SO excited for his quillow! I had to do his first,
and he was helping me the whole time, his favorite part was
pushing on the pedal!
As you can see...
they love their quillows!

Cute! You're so talented! I wish I could sew! You are so brave to do the names! The closest I have ever got to that is using my cricut and the iron ons! I stick with paper and wood crafts! I admire anyone who has the patience to sew!
Super cute!!!! Too bad we can't figure out how to get my machine to embroider!!! Oh well, it's not like you need it!!!
Adorable! you're so crafty...and in shape....and a good mom.....and together. ugh! I hate you! ok ok, not really, just majorly jealous.
