I am so excited! I started TURBO JAM this morning! I forgot how much fun it is and how much I love these work outs! For any of you who don't know about turbo jam- it is THE BEST. MOST FUNNEST. WORKOUT. EVER.
(My goal is to one day be Chalene Johnson. Or at least have a body like hers!) With that said, you guys get to be my support group! Aren't you excited! I need to lose 15 pounds more of this baby fat and I have a feeling its not going to just fall off like the last 20 pounds just did.
I need to go from a size 9 back to a size 3/5
I need to go from 140 lbs back to 125 lbs
I need to lose 4 inches in my hips and 6 inches in my waist
I need/have to do this because I AM NOT GOING TO GO BUY NEW CLOTHES! I WANT TO FIT IN MY OLD ONES! Plus Beau's parents have a boat and I don't want to rasp anyone out in my swimsuit!
Last time I started turbo jam I lost 22 lbs in about 2 months and kept it off. This time I am hoping to lose 15... in a week... OK, probably not! But that's why I am going to blog about my work out/weight loss. I need all the help I can get to look like this:

Go for it, Jessica!!
No one is better at getting what they want than you.
your'e so awesome at doing things like this!
You can do it!! ☺
I've never tried that program, I'll keep it in mind for the future when I need to shed the baby weight that I never got rid of after my first baby... who is almost 4... sad... ☺
I hate you........ I wish I weighed that now... I wish I was as raspy as you!!!!
Ug, I'm jealous. I can only pull off Turbo jam 2x a week now or I die. it's getting sissier and sissier. I LOVE TURBO JAM! And yea, I was the same when I started it...I think you lose an average of 10lbs a month when you do it...and more when you're dieting. I love it. I love your adorable little stats. Mine will be to go from size 14 back to size 8 or 6 and to go from 200lbs back to 145. haha. Gross, I know! You can so do it though, your body is used to being skinny since you have been your whole life. Mine keeps wanting to be fat since thats what I was about 80% of my life...ug!
